Molded Shrimp Appetizer

Ingredients:

1- 8 ounce package of cream cheese

1 can condensed tomato soup

1 cup regular mayonaise

1 tablespoon Knox gelatin in 1/4 cup hot water

1 cup canned or fresh shrimp (you can use crab or a mixture)

1 cup finely diced celery

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons grated onion

Dash Tabasco




Method:

Mix cream cheese (room temperature) and soup until smooth (no lumps).

Add mayo and gelatin dissolved in hot water.

Then add the rest of the ingredients.

Place in a mold and chill until firm, 3-4 hours.

Serve with celery sticks, crackers, etc.
