Taco Soup

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

2- 16 ounce cans of stewed tomatoes

2- 16 ounce cans beans, undrained

4 teaspoons taco seasoning

16 ounce tomato sauce

and whatever else is still good in the fridge... corn? cilantro?


Toppings: avocado, cheese, sour cream, corn chips, and whatever else you need to use up in your cupboards.



Method:

Brown the meat and onion.

Combine remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.

Serve with toppings.
