Blue Berry Salad

Ingredients:

1 large package grape or blackberry Jello

2 cups boiling water

14 ounce can crushed pineapple, undrained

1 can blueberry pie filling


Cream Cheese Topping: (mix together)

3 ounce cream cheese

1/2 pint sour cream

2 teaspoons vanilla

1/3 cup sugar


Method:

Stir together water and jello packets over heat until is thoroughly dissolved.

Add cans of crushed pineapple and blueberry filling.

Pour into a 13 X 9 glass casserole dish.

Refrigerate until set.

Top with Cream Cheese Topping.
