Banana Bread

Note from Katie: I make this recipe all the time and love it! I usually add nuts and check it at about 35-40 minutes.

Ingredients:

3-4 bananas (well mashed)

2 eggs (well beaten)

1 teaspoon salt (if desired)

2 cups flour

3/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon baken' soda

Optional: chocolate chips


Method:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease the loaf pan.

Mix bananas and eggs, then stir in the rest of the ingredients.

If you love chocolate, try adding chocolate chips to your batter or just sprinkle them on top after it's been poured into the pan. It's delicioco!
