Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

1/2 cup roughly sliced shallots

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

4-6 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon salt

2 teaspoons black pepper

1/2 cup olive oil

1 & 1/2 cup vegetable oil


Method:

Puree shallots, garlic, mustard, red vinegar, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, salt and pepper in food processor.

With motor running, slowly add the oils.

Blend completely smooth
