Potato Casserole

This recipe is from Mrs. Lusher. It is now served only at very special occasions. Great for picnics and pot lucks.

Ingredients:

8 large red potatoes, boiled, peeled, grated

1 cup milk

1/4 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1/4 pound mild cheddar cheese, grated

1/2 pint whipping cream

1 teaspoon dry mustard

pepper to taste


Method:

Mix all of the ingredients together.

Put in a 13 x 9 inch baking pan

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
