Bisteak

Ingredients:

1 round steak, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 & 1/2 teaspoons cumin

1/2 large onion, ringed

1/2 large tomato, chopped or 1 can of tomatoes

1 bell pepper


Method:

Fry steak and garlic and cumin together.

When done, add pepper, onion and tomato.

Simmer 5-10 minutes.

Serve with flour tortillas.
