Gingerbread

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup sugar

1 egg

2 & 1/2 cups flour

1 & 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon ginger

1/4 teaspoon cloves

******

1 cup hot water

1 cup molasses


Method:

Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Beat first group 4-5 minutes.

Add second and third group to the first group by alternating.

Bake 45 minutes.
