Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

"buttload" of Macaroni

shredded cheese

4 tablespoons butter

4 tablespoons flour

1/2 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 cups milk




Method:

Boil Macaroni. When it is soft, drain and add cheese sauce until noodles look cheesy enough.

Turn into a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Cheese Sauce: Make white sauce and add shredded cheese.

White Sauce: Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt, pepper, and cook until bubbly. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling. Stir until thick (1 minute).
