Yakima Valley Summer Salad

Ingredients:

vinegar

water

ice

basil

oil

cucumber

onion rings

tomato

bell pepper

salt and pepper


Method:

In a large bowl, fill half way with vinegar, water, and ice to taste. Add a pinch of fresh basil and oil. Add cucumbers, onion rings, tomato , and bell pepper. Pepper and salt (or not) to taste.
