Stroganoff

Ingredients:

flour

sirloin cubes

oil

onions

mushrooms

bouillon cubes

mushrooms soup

Worcestershire

catsup

sour cream

egg noodles, cooked

parsley


Method:

Crisp-fry flour coated sirloin in oil.

Saute onions and mushrooms. Remove.

Make gravy with flour, 2 cubes of bouillon and mushroom soup.

Add Worcestershire sauce and catsup to taste.

Add meat mixture.

Add sour cream.

Serve over cooked egg noodles.

Top with parsley.
