Chicken a la Kiki

Ingredients:

1 whole cooked chicken, boned

3 tablespoons butter

1 cup sour cream

1 can cream of mushroom soup

2 cups jack cheese

3 tablespoons flour

1 can diced green chilies

1/2 teaspoon onion salt

4 cups cooked rice


Method:

Place chicken over 4 cups of rice.

Melt butter in medium sauce pan over low heat. Stir in flour until smooth.

Add sour cream, stirring constantly until blended and bubbly. Do not boil!

Add soup, chilies and onion salt. Blend well.

Pour over chicken in baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over mixture and bake 10 minutes longer.
