Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

1 pie crust, homemade or bought

3 eggs

1/3 cup melted butter

2/3 cup sugar

1 cup light or dark corn syrup

1 cup pecan halves



Method:

Line pie pan with 1-crust and preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Beat together eggs, butter, sugar, and corn syrup with a rotary beater.

Mix in pecans.

Pour into pan.

Bake in 375 degree oven for 40-50 minutes or until set and pastry is browned.
