Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage

Ingredients:

4 cups shredded red cabbage

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup cider vinegar

salt and pepper

2 cups chopped apples

1/4 cup bacon fat

1 tablespoon sugar


Method:

Cook cabbage and apples and water in covered pan. Add all ingredients and cook.
