Sticky Bun Pull-Apart with Cream Cheese
From: Kris and Olivia Kollmar
Ingredients:
2 large tubes Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
1 box cream cheese cut into 16 pieces
1 stick butter
1 cup or so brown sugar
1 small bag chopped walnuts
1 cup cinnamon-sugar
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter, brown sugar and some cinnamon in a sauce pan. Set aside.
Flatten out 1 biscuit (sort of like a little tortilla).
Place a piece of cream cheese in the center and wrap it up. Then roll it into a ball. Do this to all the biscuits.
Roll each ball in the cinnamon/sugar and set aside.
Line a bunt pan with walnuts. Pour 1/2 the buttery sauce over them. Layer 8 cinnamon coated balls over the sauce in the pan. Add another layer of walnuts. Put the rest of the balls on top of that. Put the rest of the walnuts on top of the balls. Pour the rest of the sauce over the balls.
Finish be sprinkling the rest of the cinnamon/sugar on top.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Take out of the bunt pan and eat by pulling it apart. Yummy! Enjoy!
