Lemon Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 cup white sugar

4 tablespoons cornstarch

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 cup boiling water

******

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 lemon, juiced


Method:

Stir first group into sauce pan.

Add water to thicken.

Remove from heat and add final group.

*Serve with Gingerbread
