4 tablespoons cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 lemon, juiced

Stir first group into sauce pan.
Add water to thicken.
Remove from heat and add final group.
