Fudge

Ingredients:

3 cups (18 ounces) chocolate chips

1 pint marshmallow cream

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 cubes butter

1 cup nuts

4 & 1/2 cups sugar

1 can evaporated milk


Method:

Mix all ingredients except sugar and milk in a large bowl and set aside.

Cook sugar and milk in large kettle until it boils. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon.

Reduce heat to a good rolling boil for 9 minutes.

Pour over mixture in bowl until it dissolves and is slightly cool.

Pour into buttered pans.
