Ginger Krinkles

This recipe is great because cookies turn out crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside. Yummy!

Ingredients:

2/3 cup oil

1 cup sugar

1 egg

4 tablespoons sorghum molasses

2 teaspoons baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon ginger

2 cups flour


Method:

Combine all ingredients adding flour last.

Roll into balls the size of a walnut and roll in sugar.

Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
