Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons butter

1/3 cup onion, minced

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

2 tablespoons flour

1 cup milk

1 can cream of mushroom soup

2 cans sliced french green beans

1 can dried french onion rings


Method:

Sauce:

Cook onion and fresh mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir in flour until bubbly.

Add milk gradually, cooking on medium-high heat and stirring constantly until thickened.

Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup.


To Bake:

Mix green beans and sauce.

Put in a lightly greased baking dish.

Top with dried onion rings.

Cook at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
