Mint Dazzler

A.K.A, Mint Dabbler! Roger's favorite Birthday dish from, Aunt Mae Pelly.
Ingredients:
9 x 9 pan, greased
2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup butter
1 & 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
3 unbeaten eggs
3 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 & 1/2 cups whipping cream
8 ounces mini marshmallows
1/2 cup crushed peppermint sticks candy
Method:
Blend vanilla wafer crumbs and 1/2 cup melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9 X 9 pan.
Mix butter, powdered sugar, eggs, and melted chocolate.
Spread the mixture over the crumbs.
Whip the whipping cream and add in the marshmallows.
Spread whip cream mixture on top.
Sprinkle the whole thing with crushed peppermint candy.
Chill at least 8 hours. It might be hard, but it will fall apart when you cut it.
